Favorite thing about Cleveland? I love living on the lake and how many Metroparks we have in the region. We’re really blessed to have the best of both worlds of living in the city but having access to so much natural beauty that we can enjoy daily.
Q: What is the origin story of Bramework? Let me first start off with sharing what is Bramework, which is a software that helps digital marketers create blog posts in minutes! My Co-founder and I started Bramework because as small business owners ourselves, we were having the same issues a lot of entrepreneurs and digital marketing consultants face with producing consistent content to increase our brand awareness, get more customers, and save time doing it. When it takes 3.5 hours or cost $200 to pay a writer to write one quality blog post, that’s money and time that’s taken away from acquiring and serving more customers. So, my co-founder, Handy and I looked at a way to create a software that can automatically create the blog post for you. He and his team have been blogging for over 8 years and created a manual process that took their blog from 1,000 to 100,000 monthly views and counting. So we took their proven process of finding keywords, creating catchy titles and content, finding images, formatting the blog, optimizing it to rank on Google - and created the Bramework software that does all of it for you, including generating the actual blog content. All you have to do is add your personal touch to your post and publish it! You no longer need to use and pay for multiple tools to research your topic, analysis keywords, create catchy titles, write your content, and optimize your post. Bramework is your one-stop shop that can do all of it for you.
Q: Nichelle, you are originally from Cleveland, but you've lived in NYC and DC. Why did you choose to settle in Cleveland and launch Bramework from here? I like to call Cleveland my favorite little big city. I have access to a lot of the amenities of New York, DC, and San Francisco without the high cost of living. Also, it’s easy to catch a flight wherever I need to go. I have access to so many tech experts in Cleveland who are so giving of their time and resources. I’ve received mentorship from several software executives dealing with billions in sales for their company. I’m not sure if I would have the same access living on the coast.
Q: How has the pandemic affected the launch strategy for Bramework? We’ve found ourselves having more small businesses wanting to use Bramework, while simultaneously having a slight delay in development. Getting more customers is the lifeline of a business and with so many digital and content marketers needing to produce more content on limited resources, Bramework is a tool to help with that. We released our blog post creator early this year and had over 100 businesses sign up across 14 states. We’re excited to release our next feature being our Artificial Intelligence (AI) Content Creator in a few weeks! It will automatically generate suggested content for your entire blog based on the keyword and topic you select, cutting the blog creation process that currently takes 3.5 hours down to 30 minutes. It’s a huge time-saver that allows entrepreneurs to increase their brand and reach a larger audience, faster! Our focus is how can we help more entrepreneurs and digital marketing consultants get in front of more customers – Bramework is the secret weapon that helps them do that.
Q: Why is content creation important in brand building? According to Content Marketing Institute, content marketing generates over three times as many leads as outbound marketing and costs 62% less. That’s why content creation and blogging is so effective for building your brand as an expert. When you produce quality content regularly on your website that includes certain keywords your customers are searching, Google starts to index more pages, which can help you rank higher in search engines. You end up with 434% more search engine-indexed pages than other business sites that don’t publish content (Content Marketing Institute). We’ve found that digital marketing consultants and entrepreneurs love Bramework because they can produce quality blogs faster, while saving them valuable time. Q: Besides starting the next unicorn startup, what are some things you do for fun? My husband and I love to travel (by car these days) and take nature walks. Whether it’s walking in the Metroparks, on the beach, or the Cultural Gardens. During this pandemic, we have found ourselves exploring more regional and national parks in Ohio and out of state. It’s nothing like being in the beauty of nature that creates gratitude, creativity, and peace.
